The interruption in cloud storage sync was traced to a significant accumulation of jobs within the processing queue. To remediate the issue on March 8th at 03:00 UTC, engineering teams cleared the stale jobs and scaled the processing capacity to prevent recurrence. As of the remediation time, the system is operational; however, residual latency is expected until the synchronization backlog is fully drained.
